Firmware

Open source, signed

Sec. 01 · Hardware

A warp field,
machined in aluminum.

The enclosure is 6K-series aluminum, its top surface machined into the geometry of curved spacetime. Passively cooled. Silent. No moving parts. 250 grams of intent.

Sec. 02 · Telemetry

Remote that stops
feeling remote.

Hardware H.264 / H.265 encode and a tuned pipeline put every keystroke 15–25 milliseconds from your screen, under the threshold where your hands notice the distance. Measured glass-to-glass on a 1 Gb LAN.

Sec. 03 · Capabilities

Total control,
down to the firmware.

BIOS-level control

Reboot, re-image, change boot order. If it has HDMI and USB, you own it down to the firmware, pre-boot included.

4K 60 capture

Hardware H.264 / H.265 encode with HDMI passthrough, so the desk monitor keeps working while you're inside.

Capture, cast, or both

One HDMI passthrough feeds the desk monitor and the IP stream at once, no extended desktop. Stream, cast a gaming rig to the TV, or both.

USB injection

Keyboard, mouse, and mass-storage emulation. Mount an installer ISO over IP from a continent away.

ATX power control

Pair with WarpKVM ATX for power, reset, and front-panel telemetry. Bring a dead machine back from anywhere.

Open, end to end

Firmware, web console, and mobile apps are open source and auditable, with signed updates.

Sec. 04 · Mesh

Zero open ports.
Infinite reach.

WarpKVM ships with Tailscale built into the firmware. Every device joins your tailnet the moment it powers on: no port forwarding, no relay servers you don't control, no VPN ceremony. Just an encrypted line between you and your hardware.

  • End-to-end encrypted by WireGuard®
  • Two Gigabit ports, daisy-chain a whole rack
  • Multi-device view in the companion app
  • Works across continents, carriers, and CGNAT
